And we do! We realise quarrying and mining can get a bit ugly. At Poolburn Stone Quarry we love the Ida Valley. Its skies, its outcrops make it special. In the picture below you can see the ground already mined for gold by John and his team. It’s the area across between the willows. And after its remediation the animals love it too.
